Role: Front-End PM / Scrum Master
This UI is a generic solution to manage customer service requests in store or in call centres. Includes services such as device troubleshooting, triage and repair booking tools. The aim of this UI is to be easily deployed for any new customer by changing only few settings and configuration files. It has been deployed, so far, for Bell Canada, Virgin Canada, Rogers Canada, EE UK, O2 UK, SFR France, Mobistar Belgium.
Working as part of a small team and closely with the CIO and the CTO at SBE. I was responsible for the whole front-end development. From defining the costing and timelines, leading developers team, defining technical specifications and ensuring code quality.
