Role: Front End Developer
GiffGaff required an online platform to manage their after sale. They needed a smooth simple process for the user to easily troubleshoot the device online, fix it or send it to repair, follow the repair process, make an online payment.
Working alone to develop the front-end and closely with the project director and account holders at SBE. I was responsible for the whole front-end development (defining the costing, timelines and customer expectations), and the technical relationship between the customer and our platform.
