O2 Ireland required a platform to manage their after sale in store. They needed an application to allow the customer’s device to be traded or booked for repair, manage loaner devices, manage logistic and track the repair/trade-in process in repair center.
Working alone to develop the application and closely with the project director and account holders at SBE. I was responsible for the whole development (database, back-end, front-end, defining the costing, timelines and fulfill the customer’s expectations).
